Interface.0 – an ongoing visual research project – consists of a series of photomontages. These are assembled with different content found online – combining imagery from various sources such as scientific databases, forums, google images, and stock footage collections.

Taking inspiration from those databases – such as product shots of toys and tech gadgets – the sourced visuals are combined with self-made photographs and graphics.

Aesthetics of tech and science get twisted into nonsensical, speculative digital interfaces, embedding them into a playful narrative with its own set of rules and logic. By doing so, the imagery becomes part of a world-building process, questioning scientific ideologies and their claims for ultimate truths.

The project became part of the installation Interface-proto.0 .
